After a hugely successful debut, the Accessible Events Show returns to London on 29 October 2026 at The Drum Wembley, bringing together event professionals from across the industry to learn, connect, and share practical approaches to accessibility and inclusion.
Our 2025 launch was recognised with two major industry awards, the EN Awards Diversity & Inclusion Award and a Silver at the Cool Event Awards for Disruptor Attitude, reflecting the growing momentum behind accessible events.
We’re currently getting everything ready for the launch of registrations this May, so watch this space.
We’re also taking the next step internationally, with exciting plans underway for a US event this December.
About the Show
The Accessible Events Show brings together professionals from across the events sector to connect, collaborate, and share practical solutions for making events accessible to disabled people. Through a mix of exhibition, workshops, and networking, we support organisers, suppliers, and venues with the knowledge and tools to embed accessibility at every stage of event planning and delivery.
